It was brought to our notice at the instance of the learned advocate for the State on September 9, 2020 that on a previous occasion, this petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on November 25, 2019 by this court. However, on the prayer of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner to ascertain the correctness of the submission made on behalf of the State, it was adjourned until September 14, 2020.

Today, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although such an order was passed, but the petition which was filed never accompanied by the vokalatnama signed by his client. He seeks liberty to file afresh. We, however, refuse to give such liberty. On his prayer, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
