Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation dated 06.03.2023 was not considered by the Officer-in-charge, Raninagar Police Station. Petitioner's grievance is in respect of certain constructions and petitioner prays for demolition of the said property.

Since the issue do not relate to the police authorities, I am of the view that the police authorities will intervene if there is any breach of the peace and/or tranquility. So far as other issues are concerned, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court or the statutory authorities for the reliefs prayed for.

If there is any inconvenience so far as breach of peace and/or tranquility is concerned,

petitioner will file a fresh representation which the jurisdictional police station will consider in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9245 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
