The supplementary affidavit is enclosed with the order-sheets. The order-sheets reflect that there has been change of circumstances.

The present petitioner was taken into custody because of nonexistence of an interim order in connection with the revisional application. Warrant of Arrest was executed. The petitioner was taken into custody and AI bail was granted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta. That being the circumstance, the petitioner is presently on AI bail pursuant to the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta in connection with Taltala Police Station Case No. 96 dated 19.07.2022.

In view of the fact that the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta is in seisin of the matter, this Court is of the view that the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta will exercise its discretion in respect of the AI bail so granted.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1411 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
