Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.2 was not named in the First Information Report. Three other persons were granted bail.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioners are named in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the fact that one person died and considering the complicity of the petitioner in the incident as appearing from the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM 3654 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
