The instant writ petition was listed on 11th April, 2012. The petitioner was granted leave to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the record of rights, date and year in which their plots of land were acquired etc. However, it appears from the order dated 2nd May, 2012 that no such supplementary affidavit was filed by the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners take no step. Considering such aspect of the matter, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
