The report reflects that the police authorities on completion of investigation submitted their report under section 173 of the Cr.P.C. vide Final Report No. 28/23 before the Ld. ACJM, Alipore, 24 Parganas, South in connection with Patuli P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023.

Having considered the fact that, in connection with the instant case, as the police authorities on completion of investigation has arrived at their findings, I am of the view that the present revisional application has become infructuous.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1412 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
