1. The petitioner is aggrieved by certain steps taken by the Asansol Club Limited being the respondent no. 4 herein which is a company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Objecting the same, the petitioner claims to have made representation before the Registrar of Companies but there

is nothing on record to suggest that such representation was made.

3. Prayer has been made to direct the Registrar of Companies to take into consideration the grievance of the petitioner.

4. Learned advocate representing the respondents raise a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition. It has been submitted that there are private disputes in between the parties which cannot be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

5. Upon hearing the parties, it appears that there are factual issues involved which cannot be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
