The petitioner prays for a direction upon the West Bengal Information Commission to dispose of her complaint being no. 5191 of 2018 at an early date. It has been submitted that the matter is pending from 2018 and there has been enormous delay in concluding the said proceeding.

As it appears that the complaint was filed way back on October 3, 2018 and the same is yet to be disposed of accordingly, the Chief Information Commissioner being the respondent no. 3 herein is directed to take steps to conclude the proceeding registered pursuant to the Complaint No. 5191 of 2018 at the earliest but positively within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
