Khan, Ms. Manisha Sharma ...for the State The present application has been preferred inter alia praying for relaxation of conditions of bail, as incorporated in the order dated 9th September, 2020 passed in CRM 6322 of 2020.

Mr. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Salt Lake and he has complied with all the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 9th September, 2020. Upon completion of investigation chargesheet has also been submitted. In the said conspectus, he prays for relaxation of the conditions of bail.

Ms. Khan, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer. Let the report, as placed, be kept on record.

It appears that the petitioner has complied with all the conditions to the extent possible and upon completion of investigation chargesheet has also been submitted.

In view thereof, the present application is allowed and the condition to the effect that 'the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Balurghat Police Station until further orders' is waived. The other condition 'to meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Balurghat Police Station once in a week' is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Balurghat Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2020 is disposed of.
