Banerjee) Ms. Priyanka Jana Mr. Bikramjit Mandal ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) Amta, Howrah to dispose of Title Suit No. 68 of 2012 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial Judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that March 10, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the application for acceptance of the Commissioner's report. The said application was

heard in part on that date and the next date has been fixed for further hearing on May 21, 2025.

In view thereof, CO 1439 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Amta, Howrah to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the said application, the learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
