Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that CRM (DB) 1331 of 2022 was allowed by the order dated July 4, 2022. Inadvertently, the last line of such order records its rejection. The records depict that by the order dated July 4, 2022, such application was allowed.

The Court cancelled the impugned order granting anticipatory bail on April 6, 2022.

In such circumstances, the typographical error in the order dated July 4, 2022 be corrected.

In the last line "CRM (DB) 1331 of 2022 is rejected" be replaced with the words "CRM (DB) 1331 of 2022 is allowed". The department will incorporate such corrections in the order

dated July 4, 2022.
