Jahadar Alam ...for the Petitioner Mr. Suman Sengupta ... for the State Petitioner has approached this Court against a judicial order which relates to execution return of the warrant of arrest in connection with Misc Execution Case No. 206 of 2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Serampore wherein the petitioner complains that in spite of Superintendent of Police being directed no action has been taken. Since, the order which has been passed is a judicial order the petitioner will be at liberty to approach by way of exhausting the statutory remedies, if so advised for.

However, the Superintendent of Police is directed to submit its report on the next date so fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Serampore, Hooghly. With the aforesaid observations WPA No.

9294 of 2025 stands disposed of.
