Private respondents are represented.

The petitioner claims that the private respondents have burned a portion of the latter's house in which the petitioner was residing temporarily. 3.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Officerin-Charge, Frezarganj Coastal Police Station, Sunderban Police District and the same is taken on record.

It appears that Frezarganj Coastal Police Station has registered FIR on the petitioner's complaint against unknown persons under sections 436, 120B of the IPC. 5.

Let the investigation into the aforesaid FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from date.

The petitioner may seek any civil remedies against the private respondents if available in law. 7.

Frezarganj Coastal Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been called in the present writ petition, all allegations contained therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties. 11.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
