The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the copy of the order passed by the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies dated 7th February, 2020, supplied to the writ petitioner, is not at all legible. Mr. Nayak, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent no.1, 2 and 3 assures this Court that a legible copy of the aforesaid order will be supplied to the learned Advocate of the petitioner in course of this day. Mr. Chatterjee, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent no.4 and 5, in his usual fairness, submitted that the copy of the order which has been supplied to the petitioner is not very legible. WPA 6917 of 2020 along with IA No. CAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1, 2 and 3 to supply a legible copy of the aforesaid order to the petitioner in course of this day.
