1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor has appeared and submitted a report of compliance on affidavit in Court today. Let the same be taken on record.

3. According to the same, the directions of this Court passed in judgment dated January 6, 2025 has already been complied with by the said alleged contemnor.

4. Copy of the time table/ Provisional Time Table as issued by the alleged contemnor on June 5, 2025 has also been annexed with the report of compliance. After perusal of the document as above, the Court is satisfied that substantive compliance of the Court's order dated May 15, 2025 has been made by the alleged contemnor.

5. Hence, there is no reason to proceed with the instant contempt application any further.

6. The contempt rule being WPCRC 103 of 2025 is hereby disposed of.
