The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 31.03.2011 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat in Criminal Revision No. 37 of 2010 wherein the order dated 31.07.2010 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat in M.R. Case no. 30 of 2007 was challenged. The learned rivisional Court on consideration of the materials was pleased to dismiss the revisional application and affirmed the order dated 31.07.2010 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Records reflected that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in M.R. Case no. 30 of 2007 was pleased to allow the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure filed by the wife and award maintenance of Rs.1,400/- per month.

Having regard to the quantum of amount which was awarded as maintenance and the order being affirmed by the learned Sessions Court in its revisional jurisdiction, I am of the opinion no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 1451 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
