Rajvinder Singh v. Binode Kashyap
10.03.2022.
Item No.52 ss
IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION C.R.R. 1354 of 2018 <, Rajvinder Singh Vs.
Binode Kashyap In Re: An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
None appears on behalf of either of the parties. No accommodation has been sought for.
Records reflect that the petitioner approached this Court at the very initial stage of the case. The petitioner substantially remained unrepresented before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Jalpaiguri, as such warrant of arrest was issued by the jurisdictional court. No substantive progress regarding the merits of the case is observed in the records of the learned Magistrate. Having regard to the status of the litigation, I am of the opinion that the petitioner approach before this Court is at a premature stage. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1354 of 2018 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
