Accordingly, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead file a proper application afresh on the self same grounds.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

On further prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the certified copy of the order sheet and the application annexed with the revision petition be returned to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon giving usual undertakings and on supplying a photostat copy of the same for the record.
