Ashim Kumar Routh, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that the writ petitioners had withdrawn the writ application before the Hon'ble Single Bench. By an order dated 3rd August, 2021 passed in WPA 6389 of 2020, the application was dismissed for non-prosecution and interim orders, if any, were vacated. As such, the present appeal has become infructuous and the appellants would like to withdraw the same.

On the prayer of the appellants, the appeal and the connected applications are dismissed as withdrawn. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
