Petitioner approached this Court as his representation addressed to the Domkal Police Station was not considered. The grievance of the petitioner was against the private respondent who had been violating the civil court's order and tried to raise construction and in spite of informing the police authorities, no action was taken.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Bellal Shaikh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the information which was furnished with the police authorities on or about 25th April, 2022, I am of the view that if the petitioner till date faces the same inconvenience, he would inform the concerned police station who will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8928 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
