1. Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties. Even on earlier several occasions, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation was sought for.

2. This case pertains to the year 2018. The revisional application has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the proceeding of Case No. CS/106321 of 2016 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court at Calcutta.

3. In spite of several opportunities given to the petitioner, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the matter.

4. Accordingly, CRR 1366 of 2018 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for due compliance.
