1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners have participated in a recruitment process of the year 2020 completed in the year 2021, pursuant to the directions of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in another matter.

3. The petitioners were all given additional six marks and a supplementary list was published in the year 2021. The petitioners did not qualify in the process with the minimum cut off marks after interview.

4. The petitioners did not come within the zone of consideration. Hence, they could not be appointed.

5. This Court is of the view that the delay of two years in approaching this Court after publication of the final panel in 2022 is fatal to the claims made by the

petitioners. The petitioners must be deemed to have been accepted and acquiesced their inability to qualify in the recruitment process even after award of additional marks in the year 2022 itself.

6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition, therefore, cannot be entertained and is hereby dismissed.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
