Petitioner approached this court as his representation dated 20.07.2023 addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Behala Police Station did not yield any result.

Today learned advocate appearing for the state has submitted a report prepared by the Officerin-Charge, Behala Police Station which reflects that Behala Police Station Case No. 223 dated 26.08.2023 was registered for investigation under section 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigating authority on conclusion of investigation has submitted charge sheet vide Charge Sheet No. 258/2023 dated 31.12.2023 before the jurisdictional court.

In view of the aforesaid the primary reason for approaching this court has been subserved. As

such further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly WPA 10111 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the state be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
