The matter is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 13th October, 2023 when Kolkata Municipal Corporation and respondent No. 7 are represented by learned advocates.

Pursuant to the previous direction as contained in the order dated 13th October, 2023 an attempt has been made to serve notice upon the writ petitioner and to that extent an affidavit-of-service has been filed today which is taken on record.

From one of the tracking reports annexed to the affidavit-of-service, it appears that the envelope could not be served upon the petitioner since the petitioner (addressee) was absent.

The writ petition had been taken up for consideration on 13th October, 2023 and subsequently today upon same being placed on board.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. The connected applications, if, pending, also stand dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
