Mr. Adhikary, learned advocate appears for the petitioners. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned, advocate appearing for the State submits that the trial of the case has already commenced and substantial progress has been made in the case, which has been fixed on 1st April, 2022. To that effect, learned advocate for the State has filed a report and the same be kept with the record.

In view of the progress of the trial of the case, I am of the considered opinion that at this stage, the application for quashing has become infructuous. However, the points which has been canvassed in this revisional application will be open to the petitioners for being canvassed at the appropriate stage preferably at the time of final arguments.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1373 of 2018 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
