His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

In respect of the other accused persons, the warrant of arrest which was issued by the ld. Addl. Dist & Sessions Judge, Chandannagar, Hooghly, the same was interfered with.

The next date of the case is fixed on 2nd of February, 2024 by the ld. trial court. If the petitioner was earlier on bail but subsequently he failed to follow up, then, in that case, the present petitioner may be released on bail, if he appears before the ld. Addl. Dist.& Sessions Judge, Hooghly on condition that till framing of charges he would meet with the inspector in charge Bhadreswar P.S. twice a week. If charge is framed, the petitioner would meet with the

concerned officer of Bhadreswar P.S. once in a fortnight till further orders of this court.

This order will remain operative till 20th of December, 2023. The issuance of warrant of arrest and warrant of proclamation is stayed till 21st of December, 2023. The ld. trial court would revive the warrant of arrest and warrant of proclamation on 22.12.2023.

Any violation of the aforesaid conditions would entitle the ld. trial court to cancel the bail again. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1420 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
