Records of the writ petition reflect that the advocate of the petitioner sent representation to all the superior officers of the police. Petitioner would submit his grievance to the local police station. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report wherefrom it reflects that the Dubai Court is in seisin of the issue. The same is reflected in the writ petition.

Be that as it may, petitioner would submit a fresh representation before the local police station. The concerned police station would assess regarding the issue relating to jurisdiction, if there is any difficulty and send the same to the place of occurrence where the incident took place.

communication to that extent be sent to the petitioner

within a period of 15 days from the date of informing the concerned police station within the jurisdiction of Malda.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9409 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
