(Via Video Conference) CRR 1282 of 2021 CRAN 1 of 2021 In the matter of:- Syed Mahzar Alam Mr. Sandip Kumar Bhattacharyya Mr. Abdul Murshid .....for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, certain incurable defects have crept into the revision petition. He further submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and would in stead file a fresh application on the self same grounds. Accordingly, the revisional application and the connected application are dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in filing an appropriate application afresh on the self same grounds.
