Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that most of the other co-accused were enlarged on bail. The petitioner stands on the same footing as those persons who were enlarged on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of an eyewitness who implicates the petitioner along with one Azizul Sk.

Prayer for Azizul Sk was rejected by the coordinate bench. The petitioner appears to be standing on the same footing as that of Azizul Sk. Considering the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 1337 of 2022 is dismissed.
