An appeal against the said order of termination has been preferred before the Principal Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Government of West Bengal, having its office at Nabanna, HRBC Building, 325, Sarat Chatterjee Street, Howrah, West Bengal711102, being the respondent no.3 to the writ petition. The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the appeal was preferred some times in the month of December, 2018 but the same is yet to be disposed of. After hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties and after going through the materials on record, this court is of the view that justice would be sub served, if an order is passed directing the appellate

authority being the respondent no.3 herein to dispose of the appeal in the matter of Meenakshi Mukherjee vs. WBIDCL & Ors. within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, W.PA 6941 of 2020 and I.A No. CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 herein to dispose of the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and positively within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
