The allegations as against the petitioner are serious in nature. Apparently, the petitioner dealt with the members of the public, raised a sum in excess of three crores on the promise to give employment.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials on record, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 1338 of 2022 is dismissed.
