Learned Senior advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid revisional application since the order impugned is an appellable order. 2.

Having regard to such submission made in Court, let the revisional application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply before the appropriate forum, if so advised. 3.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order dated 10th March 2023 subject to filing of a photocopy thereof.
