1. By this public interest litigation the petitioners seek for relocating their fair price shop to a different locality and in this regard several persons are stated to have signed their representation dated 27.02.2023 and submitted to the Food Supply Inspector who is the 7th respondent.

2. Without going into the merits of the allegations made in the representation, we direct the 7th respondent to consider the representation and take action in accordance with law.

3. This direction be complied with within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
