1. None appears for the petitioner. Mr. Sirsanya Bandopadhyay, learned counsel for the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel for the State are present.

2. The matter was taken up on 22.07.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner was granted two weeks time to file relevant photographs along with other relevant documents to show that the water body in question has been encroached by the said respondents. Again, on 07.08.2025, the court reiterated its previous order and gave last chance of two weeks to the petitioner to comply with the said order.

3. In compliance of the said order, no photographs or documents have been filed to substantiate the case.
