1. CAN 1 of 2024 has been filed for recalling of the order dated 1st April, 2024.

2. In terms of the order dated 1st April, 2024 it appears that on that day the respondents were absent. It appears that the order dated 1st April, 2024 has been passed on merits of the case. The remedy of the respondents is not in an application for recall of the order.

3. In any event there is no provision for recall of such orders under the Civil Procedure Code or under the Rules of the High Court or under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. Hence, the application being CAN 1 of 2024 stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies, as per law.
