1. Petitioner is an accused in a criminal case.

2. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of such case.

3. Apparently, criminal case is pending since 2021

4. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the court before which trial is pending to endeavour to dispose of the G.R. Case No. 170 of 2021 arising out of Bagnan P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021 dated January 22, 2021 under Sections 341/323/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Uluberia preferably within 12 months from date.

5. In doing so, learned Court is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 6.
