Ms. Sabita Khutia (Bhunya), learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a typographical error is apparent at page 4 in paragraph no. iii of this Court's earlier order dated November 21, 2024.

Let the correction be modified in the following manner:-

1. In paragraph iii at page 4 of this Court's order dated November 21, 2024, let the word "letter dated October 29, 2018" be substituted with "Memo dated May 22, 2012.".

Let this order form part and parcel of the earlier order of this Court, dated November 21, 2024. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
