Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the admission process is
going on as on date and that there are several interim orders of other High Courts allowing Medical Colleges to admit students.
WPA 8960 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 5 being the National Commission for Homeopathy to dispose of the representation dated 29.04.2022 or any other representation which the petitioner may make in the next seven days within a period of three weeks from the date of receiving the representation of the petitioner. The respondent no. 5 shall pass a reasoned order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner in accordance with law. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.
