1. By this public interest litigation the petitioner seeks for considering his representation dated 27.03.2023.

2. Perusal of the representation shows that it is purely a private matter with regard to the alleged investment made by the 9th respondent in a private hospital.

3. in the given facts and circumstances, the public interest petition cannot be entertained.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
