...for the State There is a deficiency of nine days of qualifying service for full pension. This issue has already been decided by a coordinate Bench on 28th May, 2021, presided over by one of us (Soumen Sen, J.), in MAT 1917 of 2019 (The State of West Bengal vs. Rabindra Nath Ghosh).

Mr. Avishek Prasad, learned Counsel appearing for the State respondents has fairly submitted that the issues covered in this appeal have been dealt with in the said judgement. In view thereof, the appeal and the applications stand dismissed. The judgment of the learned Single Judge is affirmed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, the respondent authorities are directed to take immediate steps for release of all retiral dues.
