Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2.

The petitioner applied for inter district general transfer from Howrah to Hooghly after completing five years of service in the present school.

3.

In those circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, Howrah shall forward an appropriate recommendation to the Secretary, WBBPE and the Secretary, WBBPE shall take an appropriate decision on the petitioner's application within ten weeks from date in accordance with the applicable Rules.

Let the aforesaid exercise be carried out offline and a decision in this regard be communicated to the petitioner forthwith thereafter.

5.

Let a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition be served on the DPSC, Howrah and the Secretary of the WBBPE.

6.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
