The order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 could not be executed, despite two dates being fixed by the Executive Magistrate, Basirhat sub-division.

As the order was passed by the District Magistrate way back on February 5, 2024 and the order to be enforced within a period of six months, the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas is directed to take immediate necessary steps for securing compliance of the order dated February 5, 2024 without any further delay but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. If required, the District Magistrate may take the help of the police personnel to ensure that the order is complied with.

The writ petition is disposed of.

record.
