Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy of the contempt application has already been served upon learned counsel for the alleged contemner in court. However, learned counsel for the alleged contemner submits that to contest the contempt application, his client be given an opportunity to file opposition.

In view of the submission, the alleged contemner is directed to file the affidavit-in-opposition to the contempt application within four weeks from date; reply thereto, if any, by two weeks thereafter.

List the contempt application for consideration on June 27, 2023.
