Mr. Suresh Kumar Sahoo Mr. Nemai Chandra Betal ..For the Petitioner It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the application for restoration CAN 1 of 2021 is served on the respondents. However, no track record of such service is available before the Court today.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to serve on the office of the learned Senior Advocate, Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, 11, Strand Road, Kolkata - 700 001 and file a proof of service on the adjourned date of hearing.
