Public Prosecutor Mrs. Sonali Das ... ... for the State Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Initially petitioner was granted bail but in CRM 8657 of 2021, his bail was cancelled. There are ample materials connecting him with the dacoity. He was identified in course of Test Identification parade. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
