Ms. Manisha Sharma Mrs. Sonali Bhar ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is a resident of a different place and has not been identified for any source as an assailant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the statements of witnesses. It shows that some assailants came and fired shot at the victim. There are CCTV footages capturing photographs of the accused. The present petitioner has been identified as one of the assailants by a lady after seeing the photograph. Investigation is going on.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
