No. 8157 of 2017 arising out of Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 2289 of 2017 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code presently pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing.

Learned counsel for the State has been very diligent and has placed the latest status of the case before the Court today. The said status report be kept with the record. The said status report shows that the proceedings against which the revision has been preferred has been disposed of by the trial Court and the petitioner has been acquitted from the said charge. Accordingly, the present revision has become infructuous.

The present revision being CRR 1122 of 2019 is, thus, disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
