The present revision is of the year 2019 is praying for setting aside an order dated 18th day of January 2019 and 19th day of February 2019 passed by the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman, wherein the petitioner filed one complaint case CIS Registration No.90 of 2019 under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C under Sections 307/379/503/504/ 506/511/354/354A/323/326/325327/341/447/448/449/450/45 2/147/148/149/120B/34 of the IPC read with Sections 3/ 4 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
