The petitioner school is a minority Bengali Medium School. The grievance of the petitioners is that in the primary section of the school there are seventy students and there is no approved primary teacher in the said school.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) to give a hearing to the school authority within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order within a period of one week thereafter. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
