Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she is unable to stay at her residence.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the elder son and husband of the petitioner have been arrested and the younger son is fleeing away from the process of law. There are previous antecedents also.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner is a lady, she cannot be deprived of her shelter.

Accordingly, Superintendent of Police, Basirhat Police District will consider the representation dated 04.04.2025 made by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9286 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
